On February 11, 2017, Wuxi Jinlong held a meeting for year 2016 about annual summary and commendation for good employees. It was organized by Deputy General Manager. Vice GM of production department and quality department, Chief Engineer and person in charge of engineering, production, quality and other related department attended the meeting, in total of 38 people.
This meeting analyzed the situation of the implementation of sales, engineering, production and quality system in 2016. Advantages and disadvantages were raised up in the meeting.
Leaders awarded certificates of honor and bonus to the best employees.
New requirements for the next years were also put up. Under the leadership of General Manager, proper management and construction for company culture shall be strengthened. Training for employees shall be organized as per schedule. Consciousness of creativity and quality for all the staff shall be improved. Improve the overall competitiveness to reach the goal of next year.
